EURA is committed to protecting our customer’s privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Payment

This site uses PayPal Payment processing of all major Credit/Debit Cards, and Paypal Credits and Transfers which are all acceptable methods of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance via email or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a processing charge to cover any subsequent administrative or CC processing expenses.

Termination and Refunds Policy

Both the Customer and ourselves have the right to terminate any orders for any reason, including the ending of orders that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unshipped, unused products and returned products shall be refunded.

Colors

Product Guarantee

We offer a life time guarantee on all purchased frames that clearly has a manufacturing defect. Any frames replaced due to a defection will be replaced with an identical frame style unless that particular frame is no longer in production. In the case that the style is no longer available we will issue a credit towards a newer style. Any claims for replacement that are found to be fraudulent will be voided and the product returned at the senders expense. We reserve the right to revoke any guarantee at any time at our descretion for any reason.
